I am a CPPD qualified Clinical Supervisor. I provide supervision and reflective practice to individuals. I also provide consultative supervision to Clinical Supervisors.

I work with Counsellors at different stages in their development. I am able to support trainees though their first time in counselling placement and more experienced Counsellors whose supervision requirements can be very different.

I am an accredited member of the BACP and I am able to support Counsellors undertaking the accreditation process.

I work with an open, integrative model of supervision, exploring the relational process of the Supervisee and their clients. To facilitate our work together, we will discuss the setting of your work, your theoretical background and your current supervision requirements. Supervision can be an exciting and challenging experience. I will support you in looking at your client work in a collaborative and relational way.

I work within the guidelines of the BACP ethical framework. Part of this framework requires us to form a working agreement that includes time for regular reviews of our work and time for reflection on ethics and boundaries in Counselling.
